Volunteer at the Library
Calgary Public Library volunteers mean the world to many Calgarians. They help bring a universe of information and ideas to those who need it most. They share a love of reading and learning that can inspire a lifetime of wonder, discovery, and success.
Volunteers also mean the world to the Calgary Public Library. They help us make a very personal connection with members of our community, helping:
- children discover the joy of reading
- new Calgarians find better jobs because of improved English language skills
- adults with low levels of literacy
- Calgarians of all ages learn and practice computer skills
Together, we offer one-on-one support to those who need a little extra help or coaching.
